Welcome to this beautiful house in Puerto de Alcudia, very close to the sea and next to the lake. The house is perfect for families with children and is in a quiet location. Here 2-5 guests can enjoy the north of Mallorca.

Alcúdia is famous for its beautiful old town with the Roman wall and the street market, which takes place every Sunday and Tuesday. Nearby is the natural park S'Albufera, the picturesque village of Pollença and the golf course in Alcanada. The beach of Alcudia and Playa de Muro are family beaches, with fine sand and many services; restaurants, bars, stores and supermarkets. A car is not necessary as all services are close by and there is a bus to Alcúdia, Pollença or Can Picafort.

The single-storey house offers a furnished terrace overlooking the lake. Here, you can enjoy a barbecue with your loved ones or play a game of table soccer. Inside, you can relax in the living-dining room with satellite TV or prepare great meals in the kitchen, including a ceramic hob, oven, filter coffee maker and much more. The house has a washing machine, fans, Wifi and 3 bedrooms; two with double beds and one with single beds. The maximum occupancy of the house is 5 guests plus a baby. We can provide a crib and highchair on request.


Please note:

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night and only during high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.

The deposit of 300 Eur will be held through a credit card and the guest will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
