Precious house located in a quiet area of Puerto de Alcudia, very close to the sea. Welcomes 8 guests. The beautiful exteriors of the house are designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On its terrace, which has views of the lake, they will find a sunbathing area and a porch with a sofa area and a large table where they can enjoy endless evenings with their companions. Additionally, there is a second terrace with a barbecue, so they can cook large grilled dishes. The interior of the single-storey chalet, which has been recently renovated, will offer them the rest they deserve. The living-dining room has AC and satellite TV. The kitchen is independent and equipped with everything necessary for them to cook with total comfort. In the house, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For sleeping, they have four bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Two of them have a double bed, while the others have two single beds each. One washbasin and two bathrooms with shower serve the property. If they travel with their baby, we can provide them with a cot and a high chair. Free parking on the street.

The property is located in a quiet area of Puerto de Alcudia, which is perfect for those who want to combine relaxation with leisure. Near the villa, they will find establishments to enjoy an independent stay, as well as many places to shop, eat, or have a drink. The nearest beach, Alcudia, with white sand and crystal-clear waters, is just a few metres from the house.
