We are delighted to offer you this cosy duplex apartment situated in the Llenaire area, at just one minute walk to the beach of Port de Pollença. It is set in a small complex and has a nice communal swimming pool surrounded by a lawn.

The main door leads direct to the lounge dining open plan kitchen area. From here, glass doors go direct to the outside terrace, which has access direct to the pool and garden area. This terrace has a nice exterior table and chairs, and two sun loungers. The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric hob/oven.

A spiral staircase leads us up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are situated. These comprises of one double and one twin, both sharing a full bathroom. There is a toilet downstairs too.

This apartment is ideal for couples or small families who wish to spend a relaxing holiday near the beach and not far from the Puerto Pollensa centre. THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
