Villa Marilen Petit is a charming independent villa, located on a very spacious and beautiful plot of land that offers a little bit of everything, from seclusion to serenity. To access the villa there is a path with two steps at the end of the road. The path from the villa to the pool is 2 meters wide, the land is flat and the pool has Roman steps to enter. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, the first of which has a double bed, bathroom with shower, hot and cold air conditioning. In the second bedroom there are two twin beds, hot and cold air conditioning. And in the third bedroom there is a single bed, bunk beds, hot and cold air conditioning.
