Villa Francesc is a welcoming rural finca set in a peaceful location between the historic town of Pollença and the lively Puerto de Pollença. Surrounded by nature and offering plenty of privacy, this villa is an ideal place to relax and unwind while still being close to beaches, services, and leisure options in the north of Mallorca.

The property is just a 5-minute drive from both Pollença, with its charming cobbled streets, traditional market, and restaurants, and Puerto de Pollença, known for its marina, sandy beaches, and pleasant seafront promenade. Supermarkets, shops, and a wide variety of dining options are easily accessible.

Villa Francesc accommodates up to 8 guests and is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living-dining area designed for relaxation, equipped with a Smart TV and direct access to the outdoor areas. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the facilities needed to cook comfortably during your stay. From this level, there is access to a covered porch that leads to the garden and pool area. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, the remaining bedrooms are arranged along a corridor. There are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, as well as an additional bedroom with two single beds. A third independent bathroom with a shower serves the remaining rooms.

The villa provides free wifi. All bedrooms and the living room include hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, air conditioning in the bedrooms is programmed from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. Unlimited use is available for an additional supplement.

Outside, Villa Francesc features a private swimming pool surrounded by a spacious garden, ideal for families, with the added safety of a fenced pool area. There is also a barbecue, outdoor dining furniture, and private parking within the property. The overall setting is perfect for enjoying Mallorca’s pleasant climate in a calm and secure environment.

This villa can accommodate babies. It has two cots and two high chairs available at no additional cost. More can be provided upon request.
