This beautiful recently restored apartment is on the first floor situated just at 40 metres from the La Gola beach in Port Pollensa. An ideal location for families that wish to spend their holidays near the beach. Also it is above our apartment La Goleta.

Upon entering the apartment, we can find a nice open plan lounge with two sofas and a large flat screen TV where you can find a selection of international channels. From here you have access to the bedrooms, they comprise of two twins sharing a bathroom with shower, there is another double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped and very modern, it is totally equipped with
microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and many other kitchen utensils.

This apartment is located above another property called Goleta. The perfect combination to spend fabulous holidays with family or friends.

This apartment is contemporary, comfortable and in a wonderful location within the resort of Puerto Pollensa. It is just at one minute’s walk from all the shops, cafés, restaurants and the beach. The tourist tax is not included in the rental price. We must say that the apartment has a garage nearby to store and reapit bikes, with repair utensils and one bike holder.
