The first-floor apartment (in a building without an elevator) features an air-conditioned living-dining area, perfect for relaxing, reading, or watching Sat-TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a ceramic stovetop, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, and the other with two twin beds. A second bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the apartment. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and closets. A cot and high chair can be provided for families with a baby.


The apartment has a simple, furnished terrace surrounded by trees and mountains, creating a serene atmosphere.
