Inside, the living-dining area, equipped with air conditioning, is perfect for enjoying a movie. The kitchen retains the charm of a traditional Mallorcan style and comes fully equipped with numerous cabinets, a spacious countertop, a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, and a prep table for your culinary creations. The laundry room includes a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. This apartment has four bedrooms: two with twin beds, one with a double bed, and one with a single bed. Three of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, and all come with closets and direct access to a lovely balcony. Additionally, one of the twin bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom with a tub, along with space for a baby cot and a high chair if needed. There is also a second bathroom with a shower available for the entire accommodation. For the colder months, the apartment is equipped with gas central heating.

This accommodation is located in the heart of Port de Pollença, a vibrant area that comes alive, especially during the summer, thanks to the numerous restaurants, bars, and shops surrounding the square. While you should be aware of the potential noise from this lively atmosphere, it also offers the delightful experience of a charming street market every Wednesday, where you can find fresh local fruits and vegetables. The expansive beach of Port de Pollença is approximately 400 meters away, making it an ideal spot for families with children. The village is set against a backdrop of mountains that offer stunning hiking and biking trails.

-The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between €0.55/night and guest during the low season and €2.2/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
