The property features a private pool ideal for relaxation, and offers 2 bedrooms: one double bedroom on the ground floor and another double bedroom upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase. A family bathroom, including a bathtub and shower, and an open-plan living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and TV complete the interior.
