With a capacity for 10 people, the villa features a private pool (10x5m, optional heating for an additional 500 € per week), ping pong table, free Wi-Fi, parking for 3 cars, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom, an open-plan living-dining area with an American-style kitchen, and access to the terraces with an outdoor dining area, gas BBQ, and a relaxation zone. On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom with a large bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace. Additionally, there are three more bedrooms (two with single beds and one with a double bed), all with either en-suite or shared bathrooms.
