Fully renovated, located on the 1st floor, the apartment has 2 bedrooms (capacity 4+2), situated in a closed complex with a large swimming pool shared by the apartments, sun loungers, and well-maintained gardens.

As previously mentioned, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, one of which also has a balcony.

The apartment also features a multifunctional open-space living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortably furnished living room, TV, and a perfect balcony for outdoor dining, enjoying a relaxing drink at sunset, or even having breakfast. In the kitchen, you have at your disposal all the modern appliances you may need during your stay, including a coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and a counter with stools for breakfast or your meals.

This apartment benefits from its proximity to everything you may need for a relaxing holiday, such as beaches and restaurants.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests.
From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
