🏛 Portimão Tourist Tax
The Portimão Tourist Tax applies to all guests aged 13 or over staying overnight in tourist and local accommodation establishments within the Municipality of Portimão, regardless of nationality or residence.
The tax is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

💰 Tax rates:
• €1 per person/night (max. 7 nights) — Low season: November 1 to March 31
• €2 per person/night (max. 7 nights) — High season: April 1 to October 31

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE:
A €200 refundable damage deposit is required before check-in – the amount will be held on your credit card (on arrival day or up to 24 hours before) and released up to 7 days after check-out.

This deposit is not processed by the platform but collected directly by us. This information will appear during the booking confirmation. Therefore, all bookings must pay the refundable deposit before or on the day of check-in.
