Great Studio for holidays at Vau Beach, with balcony and sea view on the 5th Floor. Sunset exposure and located just 500 metres from Vau Beach sand.
Composed of entrance hall, bathroom with shower, kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, DELTA coffee machine and dishwasher, living room with sofa bed and double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m)

Air conditioning (cold and hot), cable TV (MEO FIBRE) and high-speed WI-FI.

At a short distance from the apartment, there is a supermarket and several restaurants.

The studio has been completely renovated and is fully equipped for comfortable stays, we inform you that occasionally odours may arise in the bathroom. These odours are not permanent, do not result from poor construction or work failures and, up to now, no concrete cause has been identified. They have an intermittent nature and are difficult to predict, and may or may not be present during the stay.

Upon making the reservation, the guest acknowledges and accepts this particularity of the accommodation, already reflected in the presented rate. For this reason, refunds or relocations related to this aspect are not possible.

It is FORBIDDEN the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation.

NOTE: Only 3 people are admitted (including adults, children, and babies).

- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.

Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 or over, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.

- Water and electricity consumption expenses are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use.
Meter readings are taken at the entrance and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:
T0: 100 kWhs and 4 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.

PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
