One-bedroom apartment for holidays on the 1st Line of Praia da Rocha, fully furnished and equipped. Partial sea view and only 40 m from the beach sand.

Property composed of: entrance hall, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with king-size bed and wardrobe, living room with double sofa bed and air conditioning (cold and hot) throughout the apartment, equipped kitchenette.

It is FORBIDDEN the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation.

NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).

- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

AXA TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
In accordance with applicable municipal legislation from 14 March 2024 for all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.

Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 or over, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.

- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:
T1: Electricity - 130 kWhs and Water - 6 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.

PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
