Welcome to Rua do Bonjardim in Porto, where you can find this welcoming studio apartment, the Relaxing Terrace, with a large balcony providing open views over the neighborhood and a quiet street.

The apartment is part of a century old building, conveniently located within walking distance of the Marquês subway station.

Consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a modern bathroom with a large shower, and a fully-equipped kitchenette with all the necessary appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine. From the living room you can access the large balcony.

The street is very calm and you can find all the amenities you need nearby, such as supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The city centre is easily accessible by using the subway, allowing you to explore all the sights and attractions that Porto has to offer.

For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
