The sunrises and sunsets from here, while feeling at the same time the sea breeze and the soft chant of the waves and enjoying a coffee or a glass of wine and an appetiser, will be absolutely unforgettable.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and there is no lift. It combines charm and comfort thanks to the beautiful rooms with wooden floors and the perfect furniture and details. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen are together. Here you can relax while watching the satellite TV or chatting with the sea views at the end. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment, two with single beds and the last one with a double bed, a TV-set (with Spanish channels only), en-suite with independent bath and shower and exit to the terrace. Two of the bedrooms offer a walk-in closet and the last one has a dresser. There is baby cot and a high-chair and a second bathroom with a shower for the rest of the house. The apartment is equipped with conduit air-conditioning. The laundry room features a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

The location is a privileged one since the apartment is on the seafront of Portocolom. With the marina right in front, you can take pleasant walks whilst admiring the boats. The beach of Cala Marçal is 1.5 km away. The town centre offers all needed services like bars, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. And if you love playing golf, the course of Vall d'Or is only 6 km away.
