This second-floor apartment, without elevator, is pure comfort and warmth thanks to its beautiful and modern rooms with parquet floors. In the same space, this flat features the living-dining room where to watch TV-Sat or chat beholding the views and an equipped kitchen with ceramic stove. There are three dormitories, two of them with two single beds and another one with a double bed, TV (Spanish channels), en-suite bathroom with both separate bathtub and shower and exit to the terrace. Likewise, two of the bedrooms have a dressing room and the third one features just a wardrobe. There are also a cot and a high-chair. Furthermore, there is another bathroom with shower and the laundry features washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Ultimately, the accommodation provides our guests with ducted air conditioning.

The location is simply perfect. The house is located just in front of the port and you can go for a walk while contemplating the ships. At only 1.5km you have the sand beach of Cala Marçal to spend a great day. If you like golf, the nearest course is Vall D'Or only 6km away. In the centre of the town, there are all the necessary facilities such as restaurants, shops or supermarket.
