In the building itself, there is a supermarket where you can do your holiday shopping.
It is FORBIDDEN the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation.
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

Between the dates of 1 November and 31 March – EUR 1 per person, per night, not included in the total value and which must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests from 13 years of age. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between the dates of 1 April and 30 October – EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total value and which must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests from 13 years of age. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.
- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:
T1: Electricity - 130 kWhs and Water - 6 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
