Description of the accommodation

Fantastic studio recently renovated with wonderful views of the pier of Puerto de la Cruz. Located in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, it has a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, fridge and everything you need, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a living-bedroom area with a double bed and a comfortable sofa-bed and plasma television (smart TV with possibility of connection to Netflix ...), all brand new. It has a balcony from where you can enjoy unique views.

All the apartment is available for the guests, there is a comon entrance for the guests and the rest of the residents, an elevator is available.

There will always be somebody available in case you need anything.

First tourist area of ​​Tenerife, Puerto de la Cruz has everything you need to enjoy a unique holiday, in a safe and quiet environment. There are numerous supermarkets, restaurants and shops very close to the apartment and you have a big public parking just infront of the studio, next to the harbour, 5 minutes walk, so parking is not a problem.

The bus station is 10 minutes away on foot, from which buses depart to the whole island. If you come by car (which I recommend, since it is easier to visit the island) guests have a free parking area at the pier, less than 5 minutes walk from the studio.
