This charming holiday villa, surrounded by nature, is just a stones through away from the beach, and has a private pool with comfortable sunbeds; a large garden with a reading area under a shady tree; open air dining area on the roofed porch; coffee nook in front of the pool; a traditional Majorcan well in the patio; a second dining area outside, decorated with an old cart wheel; and last but not least, a brilliant barbecue area.

The accommodation does not accept groups of teenagers or young adults under 30 years of age. Except for families with children.

The villa has a spacious and independent kitchen, fully equipped and very bright. From the kitchen you'll reach the ample and pretty living room, which also has a dining area, and a television area with comfortable sofas. From here you step out onto the beautiful covered porch, with the open air dining area and patio with garden and the pool. Right in front is the colourful individual bedroom and a twin bedroom with two comfortable beds; they share a spectacular bathroom with screened-shower and a beautiful classic designer bath with metal feet and taps. On the left hand side and with direct access to the pool and to the coffee and reading nook in the garden, is the ample master bedroom with en suite bathroom complete with a spacious shower separated by a wall. The chalet has a large parking area for several cars, and WIFI.
