Situated in Puerto de Pollença only a few steps away from the beach, this lovely flat offers accommodation for 4 guests.

Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and is famous for the fine sandy beach and the promenade full of restaurants and shops. You can visit the lighthouse of Formentor or the picturesque old town of Pollença with the Calvario. A car is not necessary as all necessary services are close by. If you come by car, you can park in the street free of charge.

The apartment with balcony is ideal for couples with or without children as it has 2 bedrooms with one double bed each. The living-dining room with comfortable sofa has satellite TV and a fireplace and has access to the furnished balcony. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a vitro ceramic hob, cooking utensils, oven and mixer. The flat is ideal for families; there are board games as well as a cot and high chair on request. The living room has air conditioning while the bedrooms have a fan.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. It is payable before arrival via a payment link.
