This holiday home is perfect for those looking for a strategic base to visit the island of Lanzarote and, at the same time, enjoy a relaxing holiday by the pool.

Sea Waves is located very close to the center of Puerto del Carmen, the best known town on the island. From here you can easily reach all the main tourist centers of Lanzarote, since the town is located in the center of the island. In addition, the Avenida de las Playas - with its restaurants, shops and bars - is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment, as well as Playa Grande, the main beach of Puerto del Carmen.

The house is located on the first floor of the complex (accessible by stairs) and has a large and beautiful terrace equipped with a dining table, chairs and an beach umbrella, overlooking the pool and chill out area. The bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together if necessary, as well as a ceiling fan to cool down on hot summer days. Sheets and towels (1 large and 1 small per person) are provided. Bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, american coffee maker, ceramic hob, kettle and kitchen utensils. The community pool is available to guests, as well as the sun loungers.

Sea Waves is located in a strategic position in Puerto del Carmen: from here you will reach beaches, restaurants, shops and bars in no time, without the need to rent a car or other means of transport.
The closest supermarket is a less than 50m from the apartament and you can also easily find a parking spot in the same street of the complex.
