Nice 2-bedroom vacation home located in Puerto del Carmen, very close to the beach and all services. Perfect for families or couples.

The Sea of Lava house is the ideal base for family holidays: located in the town of Puerto del Carmen, the best known and liveliest on the island of Lanzarote, it is about a 15-minute walk from its great beaches and the main services. In addition, you will find many bars and restaurants in the surroundings of the house.

The house is located on the first floor, accessible with stairs.

It has a beautiful private terrace with a dining table and views of Fuerteventura, a cozy living room with a smart TV, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, coffee maker, ceramic hob, kettle and utensils.
The bathroom has a shower tray and a hairdryer available to guests. One set of towels (one large and one small) per person is also provided.
Of the two bedrooms, one is equipped with single beds and the other with a double bed.

In addition, the house has fiber optic WiFi, safe, ironing board and iron.

If you´ll loose the key or get locked out, an additional charge will be taken for the services.
