In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed that allows accommodation for up to two additional people, with a total capacity of up to four guests. Sheets and towels are provided.

The bathroom is complete, with a shower and washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board available to guests, as well as a safe.

The living room has a Smart TV and the entire property is equipped with fast wifi, ideal for teleworking or long stays.
