Casa Mercedes Apartment 2 is a modern and cosy holiday accommodation located in the heart of Varadero Puerto Viejo "Old Town" in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. Its privileged location offers stunning sea and horizon views, with the port just a few steps away and beaches like Playa Grande within walking distance. Additionally, it is surrounded by a wide variety of leisure options, making it the perfect place to enjoy a holiday by the sea.

The apartment has a bedroom with two single beds joined as a double bed (with the possibility of separating them upon request at least 48 hours in advance) and a sofa bed in the living room.

The base published price is for 1 or 2 people. In the event of accommodating a third person, an additional supplement per night will be applied, always reflected before confirming the reservation in the price and dates search.

The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror and quality toiletries (gel dispenser, shampoo and moisturising cream). The living room is spacious and features a TV with European and English channels, Wi-Fi, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
