Casa Mercedes, Apartment 4 is a modern and cosy holiday home located in the heart of Varadero (Old Town), Puerto del Carmen. Spacious and bright, it offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, including oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, so you can prepare your meals at your own pace. It is worth noting that no condiments or basic kitchen foods are provided.

The property is located just a few steps from the vibrant Avenue of the Beaches, near Playa Grande, the port and a wide range of restaurants, shops and leisure options. The furnished terrace with table and chairs offers an ideal space to relax and enjoy sea and horizon views. *No sun loungers available on the terrace*

Rates
The base rate covers up to two guests. Each additional person (3rd or 4th guest) incurs an extra charge per night, which must be reflected in the booking.

Air conditioning and parking
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, which operates via a 1 euro coin meter.
The possibility of renting a parking space is available upon request, with an additional daily rate.

Amenities and Welcome
The apartment is delivered equipped with bed linen, blankets, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen cloths. In the bathroom, you will find hand soap, gel/shampoo dispenser, and moisturising lotion. An additional set of sheets and towels is also provided.

Upon arrival, you will find a welcome package with water, milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, and some essential items. The accommodation is self-service, but we are available throughout your stay for any queries or assistance you may need.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out before 11:00. Before your arrival, you will receive a link to complete the digital check-in online through our partner app Hoomvip. Through the app, guests complete the registration and obtain digital access to the apartment, without physical keys. The application also provides useful information about the property and the area, ensuring a comfortable and safe entry.

Optional Cleaning
The apartment is delivered clean and prepared for the stay, with a fixed cost reflected in the booking. For long stays, additional cleaning can be arranged upon request, with an extra cost. This service includes changing bed linen and towels, rubbish removal, replenishing gel, lotion and toilet paper, and a refresh of the accommodation. The cleaning is express and personal belongings are not reorganised.

Car Hire
To explore Lanzarote with total freedom, it is recommended to rent a car before arrival. We collaborate with trusted local dealerships that offer rates with taxes included, flexible cancellation, comprehensive insurance, no fuel charges, unlimited mileage and option of second driver included.
