The property is furnished in Canarian style and is fully equipped with all facilities: the kitchen has a fridge, 3 Vitroceramic cooking zones, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nescafé coffee machine. The bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined together to make a double bed. In the bedroom there is also a large built-in wardrobe. The flat is air-conditioned.

It is very important to mention that, just a 10 minute walk away, is the Fariones Sports Centre, a large space with gardens and facilities such as a gym, swimming pool for adults and children, various tennis and paddle courts and an outdoor crossfit area. In the flat you will find a numbered card which gives unlimited access to the centre to all registered occupants.
All facilities can be used free of charge, except for the tennis court, which must be booked and paid for directly at the sports centre. It is also possible to attend all the supervised classes given at the centre.
The swimming pool is heated all year round to a temperature of 26ºC. The opening hours of the centre are Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 3pm.
