Entrance through the same promenade, large terrace with sun beds, spacious lounge with satellite TV and modern well equipped kitchen and separate laundry area also for bicycle storage. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds and bathroom in the hallway with bathtub. In the living room it has a third bedroom for relaxation and reading with sea views.

Matagorda Beach, located in Puerto del Carmen, is one of the best tourist areas of Lanzarote. The beach comes into the house because of the proximity and Avenida de las Playas offers a high level of restaurants, supermarket just 50 meters away, and from Matagorda you can walk the east coast of Lanzarote towards Arrecife, walking or cycling, near the sea, a bike lane without traffic, enjoying the ride and stopping for tapas in one of the terrace sea view restaurants at Playa Honda.
