Near the beautiful Punta Prima Beach, just 300 metres away, we find these 3 charming two-bedroom apartments in a classic Mediterranean style with a living-dining room to accommodate up to 4 people. 3 terraced houses that share a well-maintained swimming pool and garden.
Access to the interior of the property is from a terrace, with table and chair furniture and a built-in BBQ with views of the pool and garden where you can prepare delicious barbecues and enjoy long summer days with family.
Each apartment has a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen. The living room has a TV and free WiFi for clients. The kitchen is small but has everything necessary for a few days away from home, including a ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. On the ground floor next to the kitchen, there is a small toilet, and outside, a small private terrace with an outdoor shower and a clothes drying area.
We access the upper floor via a staircase that leads to a double bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom with a shower (hairdryer) and access to a private terrace with wonderful sea views.
