Step inside to three bedrooms on the first floor: one double with private bathroom and air conditioning, another double sharing a bathroom, and a smaller single bedroom also sharing that bathroom. On the ground floor there is a guest WC, and an extra single bed can always be set up in the living room, giving flexible sleeping options for families or friends.

The compact kitchen is fully equipped and organised so you can prepare easy meals for family and friends. The open‑plan living and dining area brings everyone together, with a table and six chairs, sideboard, two sofas (one single, one three‑seater), pouffe, fireplace, TV, coffee table and air conditioning, creating a bright, comfortable space to relax.

Outside, the private terrace features a dining table next to the charcoal BBQ, ideal for al fresco meals on warm summer days. The condominium offers a large shared pool (approx. 1–3 m deep) with plenty of surrounding space and grassy spots to lay out a towel. There is a reserved parking space right in front of the main door, plus free Wi‑Fi and national and international TV channels.

Located just a few minutes from the centre of Vilamoura—where you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, cycling paths and nightlife—this villa is a great choice for families or groups who like to relax, have fun and experience local life.
