On the top floor, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen, fully equipped and integrated with a large living-dining area. From here, you can access a terrace with spectacular sea views—perfect for enjoying breakfast at sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset.

The middle floor houses two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom with three single beds. This level also features a second, spacious and modern full bathroom.

On the lower floor, you’ll enjoy a secondary kitchen connected to a living-dining area with direct access to the pool area. There are also two additional bedrooms: one very spacious with a double bed and a daybed—ideal for accommodating up to 3 guests—and another bedroom with a double bed. This floor includes a third full bathroom.

Outdoors, a spectacular private heated pool with a waterfall awaits you, surrounded by gardens, sun loungers, and cosy corners designed for relaxation. There is also an outdoor toilet for added convenience during sunny days. The villa also includes a large private garage and is located in a very quiet area—perfect for unwinding or working remotely in a peaceful, comfortable environment.

Important Notes:
• The pool is heated free of charge up to 22 °C. If you wish to increase the temperature to 28 °C, an additional cost of €15 per day applies. This service is available upon request and must be arranged at least 2 days in advance to ensure the water reaches the desired temperature by your arrival.
• All villa facilities are available for guests to enjoy. However, the bedrooms on the lower floor will only be made available for bookings of more than 5 guests, with one additional bedroom opened for every 2 extra guests.

Located in the charming seaside village of Tabaiba, the villa enjoys a privileged setting: just 15 minutes from the capital, 20 minutes from Tenerife North Airport, and 35 minutes from Tenerife South Airport.
