Refurbished and extended from an old stone cottage, it features such luxuries as en-suite shower-rooms, a high-tech kitchen with built-in wine chiller, smart TV with a Netflix account for guests use and a separate games/leisure room, allowing guests to experience the great lifestyle that its name implies.

The open-plan living area with seating area, dining area and open-plan kitchen features large sliding glass doors, turning it into an inside/outside space that extends to the front terrace and al-fresco eating area that winds around to the side and the built-in barbecue. Terraced lawns lead down to the to the large pool and surrounding deck with sunbeds and sun-umbrellas.

Close by, within walking distance is Mr. Gomes minimarket and snack- bar. Other restaurants and local bars can be found a little further away, and Prazeres, 4 Km and a 5-minute drive away has a greater selection.

The resort of Calheta with its man-made beach, branded supermarket and more cafes and restaurants, is 10 Km away, easily accessed via the expressway in 10 minutes driving time.

Funchal is an easy 50 minute drive via expressway and motorway, and the airport a further 10 minute drive.

Walks are plentiful in the surrounding area and you can easily access 2 levadas that provide great walking conditions.

Booking Notes

The advertised prices are based on a 4-person occupancy and a per person supplement applies should anyone join you for any length of time.

To secure your reservation we require a deposit when booking or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. Should you cancel up to 8 weeks prior to arrival only the deposit is non-refundable, and within this period the full amount.

A security deposit of €300 is required on arrival, payable in cash.
