Our Villa Carlota dwelling is a terraced house in the municipality of Villapresente, it is located in a residential area so it is very quiet and you will also find many meadows around. The house is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, living room and bathroom. On the first floor we have a double room and another room used as a work area and cot. On the second floor there is a loft double room and a loft single room. WARNING: the staircase between the floors is spiral and narrow, to be taken into account when going up with children or luggage.

The house is in an excellent location to discover the beauty of the villages of Cantabria and very close to the beaches.

Villa Carlota is located in a residential area of Villapresente, so it is a very quiet and noise-free area. In the village there is a pharmacy and a bar-restaurant that can be reached on foot. In the Barrio de Puente de San Miguel there are supermarkets, shops and other services such as banks, Post Office, bars and restaurants, etc.

In Villapresente you can find the Villapresente Labyrinth, a very good option to go with children. The Altamira Caves and Santillana del Mar are just 2km away. The beaches of Suances, Tagle, Santa Justa, etc. are just a few kilometres away. Santander is about 20 minutes away by car. Both in Villapresente and in Puente de San Miguel there is a FEVE station.
