First floor with three bedrooms, one of them with access to the terrace and a bathroom. It has air conditioning on the ground floor. At 4 minutes walking from the beach and the promenade of La Barquera, with bars and restaurants. The area has fine sandy beaches and very shallow waters, ideal to enjoy the best family holidays. Easy access to the motorways N-340, Pau Casals C-32, C31, AP2 and AP7. Well communicated, 40 minutes from Barcelona airport and 35 minutes from Reus airport and 30 km from Camp de Tarragona train station. 2.5 km from the old town of Roda de Barà. Half an hour from Port Aventura and Ferrari Land theme park, one hour from Aquopolis water park and 10 minutes from Aqualeón. Only 1 hour from Barcelona and 20 minutes from Tarragona. The house does not include bed linen and towels, which can be brought or rented from an external company. Cost: 23 € / person, not included in the cost of the booking.
