Nice apartment for 2-4 people, located in a building with a communal pool open all year, just 600 m from Cala de Canyelles Petitesand 1.6 km from the center of Roses. Ideal for couples or small families.

To access the apartment it is necessary to climb only one floor walking, and it is distributed in:

* Bedroom with double bed (135 cm) and ceiling fan.

* Living room with Italian sofa bed (140 cm) and TV with Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels. Ceiling fan

* Fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster…

* Bathroom with shower. Washing machine.

* Terracefacing south, panoramic views of the Bay of Roses and the sea

Located 10 minutes walk from the Canyelles beach (natural beach of fine sand with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally). 20-30 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets and its large sandy beach.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers.
