Dossier : *** Un grand merci à Hispanoa pour un service client exceptionnel ! J’avais réservé un logement en Espagne via Hispanoa, mais j’ai malheureusement dû annuler pour des raisons personnelles. Mon délai d’annulation gratuite était dépassé, mais j’ai tout de même expliqué ma situation à l’équipe… et ils ont accepté, avec beaucoup d’humanité, d’annuler sans frais. Un geste commercial très apprécié, et surtout rare de nos jours ! Quelque temps plus tard, une fois ma situation réglée, j’ai voulu réserver à nouveau. Ne trouvant pas ce qu’il me fallait en ligne, j’ai contacté l’agence par téléphone. C’est là que j’ai eu la chance de tomber sur ***, un conseiller extraordinaire : patient, agréable, rassurant, et surtout très impliqué. Il a pris le temps de bien comprendre mes critères et a réussi à me trouver un logement parfait, respectant à la fois mes envies et mon budget. Grâce à lui, j’ai pu concrétiser ma réservation avec sérénité. Si toutes les entreprises avaient des conseillers comme lui, le monde du service client serait bien différent !
