Welcome to our modern beachfront apartment, located on the second floor with elevator access in the Roses Holiday Center building. It has one bedroom and can accommodate up to three people. ️ This comfortable and modern 37 m² apartment is situated right on the beachfront, offering sea views and a spacious 16 m² terrace. It features a modern American-style kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom, and a living room with a sofa bed for one person. It's equipped with bistro sets and stools for enjoying breakfast and dinner indoors or outdoors, where you can savor a Nespresso coffee. If you're not planning to dine at one of Roses' hundreds of restaurants, the electric stovetop, microwave, stylish toaster, and SMEG kettle will help you prepare meals to your liking, or you can find inspiration in the Audrey Hepburn cookbook on the small bookshelf. You'll also have a comfortable sofa to watch your favorite Netflix series on a good-sized Smart TV. You can use the Dyson Hot+Cool Air purifier as your cooling fan in summer or as a heater on cooler days. And you can breathe purified air all year round. Finally, you can relax in the bamboo chairs on the terrace with stunning views of the beautiful Bay of Roses.
