The villa is all distributed on the same floor of about 119m2, without stairs and with direct access to the pool, there are only stairs to access from the outdoor parking.

The living room is spacious, cozy and bright from where you can enjoy wonderful views of the Bay of Roses.

The open kitchen with bar has all the necessary appliances for the comfort of your holidays, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils (coffee maker, toaster, kettle,...), pantry

It has 2 double bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub.

It has air conditioning in all rooms, but you should know that a basic consumption of 15kw per day is included in the rental price. If it exceeds it, the extra kw will be charged at the current market price, the amount of the kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract.

We remind them that the air usually cools the room immediately if all the openings are closed, so it is not necessary to leave it working if they are not at home.

Wifi is included in the price.

On the terrace there is a small porch with an awning and an electric barbecue so you can enjoy outdoor lunches while admiring the landscape.
