As it lies against a hill, the entrance is on the level of the first floor. The first floor has about 100 square metres, consisting of fully equipped kitchen, cosy dining- and living room , large terrace with lovely view over the bay, a bathroom, 2 double-bedrooms and a single-bedroom. Downstairs there is another double bedroom, the second bathroom, the entrance to the garage, the washing machine, and the way out to the 5 x 10 metres swimming pool and garden. The plot has about 700 square metres and is completely closed.
