Immo Barneda Roses. Welcome to our charming holiday rental house in Roses, ideally situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Roses. With an unbeatable location, everything you need is just a stone's throw away: the sandy beach, a variety of shops and restaurants, all without the need to use the car. You will be able to do everything on foot.

The 73 m² house offers two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for a family holiday or a getaway with friends. The house has a spacious 40 m² terrace, a perfect space to enjoy the Mediterranean sun, relax with a good book or share an outdoor meal.

In the accommodation you will find a washing machine for your comfort, as well as an iron for ironing clothes. Additionally, you have a garage in the same building, providing a safe place for your vehicle.

To keep the house cool and pleasant, we have two fans at our disposal.

The living room is a cosy place to relax, with a television with satellite channels. The independent kitchen, equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils and a coffee maker to start your mornings with energy.

We offer you the option to bring your own sheets and towels or you can choose our service with a supplement of €15 sheets per bed and €10 towels per person

The location of the house is ideal, just 200 metres from a supermarket for your convenience and 300 metres from the "Roses" sandy beach, giving you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean in just a few minutes. Furthermore, you will find various entertainment options within reach, such as the "Salata" amusement park 1 km away and the "Aqua Brava" water park at the same distance.

If you are looking to explore nature, the house is strategically located 5 km from the natural park "Aiguamolls". For golf enthusiasts, the "Castello Nou" golf course is located 8 km away. The proximity to "Figueres" train station 18 km away and "Girona" airport 60 km away adds convenience to your travels.
