This cozy tourist studio in Roses, ideal for up to 4 people, is located in the quiet area of Canyelles, facing the sea, allowing you to enjoy it without having to use your car. With approximately 36 m², the accommodation has a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, a cabin room with a double bed (140 cm), an open-plan kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and basic utensils, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. It also has a pleasant 6 m² private terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and satellite TV, and is located in a building with access to the beach. It includes a private outdoor parking space. Ideal for couples or families, this studio offers an excellent location, comfort, and good value for money to fully enjoy the Costa Brava. Pets are not allowed. Sheets and towels are not included.
