A fully equipped independent kitchen awaits you, along with a practical laundry room that has a washer and dryer. Additionally, the main floor houses an elegant master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, featuring a refreshing shower.

Descend down some interior stairs to the ground floor, where another cozy living room welcomes you with direct access to the pool. Here, you will find a second well-equipped kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms, all with closets for additional storage. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms with shower for greater comfort.

In 3 of the 4 rooms, there is air conditioning to ensure your comfort in any season of the year.
Both kitchens are equipped with everything you need, from oven and ceramic hob to microwave and dishwasher. Do you want to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea? No problem! You also have a toaster and a kettle at your disposal.
