This wonderful front-line apartment welcomes 3+1 guests.

Outside this amazing property, you will find extensive communal gardens where you can sunbathe and a shared salt pool of 20mx10m and a depth range from 0.9m to 1.9m. The little ones can also cool off in maximum safety thanks to the 5m and 0.40m deep paddling pool or play in the outdoor play area. For sports lovers, there is a tennis court in the urbanization. Please note that as this is an apartment there are direct neighbors and privacy is partial.

The interiors are very bright. In them you will find a nice living-dining room equipped with AC and TV open to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed for two people. An extra person will be able to rest pleasantly on the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with shower completes the stay. You can use the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

Rota is a coastal town located in the province of Cadiz, in the south of Spain with a long fishing tradition. The town has a very well-preserved historic center, with cobbled streets and white and colorful buildings with balconies and interior patios typical of Andalusian architecture. Rota has several beaches of golden sand and crystal clear waters, where visitors can enjoy the sun and practice water sports such as windsurfing and paddle surfing. In addition, the city has a wide range of restaurants and bars, where you can taste typical Andalusian dishes, such as fried fish, Iberian ham, or salmorejo.
