Equipment: Gas kitchen and oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, laundromat, terrace furniture, TV., satellite TV.

Surroundings: Just at the second block of houses, at 50m of the centre of Sant Pol – S’Agaró beach, shops and pharmacy at 300m. At 300m there is a wonderful way from Sant Pol-S’Agaró to the Conca beaches, each one with his particular charm. Several coves in both directions.
