Equipment: Electric kitchen, electric oven, fridge, washing machine, terrace furniture, TV. with national channels and two French channels. The linen of the house is not included.

Surroundings: Sant Pol-S’Agaró beach at 300m, shops at 50m. At 500m there is a wonderful way from Sant Pol-S’Agaró to the Conca beaches, each one with his particular charm. There is a community space to park but without private places, community garden of 900m2and playground.
