Lovely vacation house in a quiet area with large garden and terrace including a barbecue in S'Alqueria Blanca, Santanyi, 3 km from Portocolom and the beach.

Surrounded by fields and forest, this charming vacation home is ideal for families or travelers looking for tranquility but close to the coast. The beach of Can Marçal, a sandy beach, is only 10 minutes away by car. The coastal town Portocolom offers lots of restaurants, bars and shops. You should visit the beautiful beaches of the area, among them Cala Sa Nau, Cala Murada, Cala Domingos or Cala D'Or. Only 1.7 km away is the golf course Vall D'Or, while the village of Santanyi is 16 km from the house. A car is necessary.

The natural garden is very spacious and offers plenty of space for children to play while the adults sunbathe using one of the 4 sun beds. In the evenings, you can have a barbecue under the starry sky and enjoy the peaceful area. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, including an induction cooktop, a filter coffee maker and a nespresso, a microwave and much more. The comfortable living room has a TV with satellite channels and dining area. There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with 1 double bed. Apart from that, the house has a full bathroom with bathtub, a washing machine and free Wifi.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each adult. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season (May to October) and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season (November to April). From the ninth night on, this amount is reduced by half (during high season).

The deposit will be held through a credit card and the client will have to provide his details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
