The villa is located between Sa Pobla and Muro.
The villa is situated on a plot of 15,000 mΒ² total surface area.
On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, in a new concept, open to the dining room/living room that includes cosy sofas, TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD player and WiFi. Here you will also find 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi.
On the first floor there is another double room en suite.
The quiet rural area invites you to relax in the outdoor area. Just outside next to the house you can enjoy the round swimming pool with sun loungers and a barbecue area to spend great evenings with family and friends.
There is a children's playground, a volleyball court and a ping-pong table.
There is also a garage.

The villa has been built with high-quality materials, very functional and all appliances are of quality.
There is hot/cold air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the house.

IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties allowed 35€/person
- Electric cars plugged into the house's electrical network 100€ per week
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
