Villa Capo is a charming villa located in a peaceful and rural area halfway between the villages of Buger and Sa Pobla. This villa is an ideal house for anyone who wants to escape the main tourist areas and enjoy the rural life of Mallorca.

This two-storey property consists of a large lounge dining area nicely decorated and equipped with a large flat screen satellite TV. There is also a nice table and chairs. Next to the lounge there is a small fitted kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and electric hob/oven. On the lowest floor, there is also a double bedroom and a shower room.

Upstairs we can find the rest of the bedrooms, they consist of another three double bedrooms sharing a full bathroom.

All bedrooms benefit of A/C units (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 8:00 PM to 06:00 AM – these times cannot be extended and/or changed).

Outside there is a complementary WC and the utility room where the washing machine is located. We must inform you that due to health and safety new rules , the outsisde toys and games have been removed.

The outside pool area has a covered terrace and a portable barbecue for those who wants to enjoy al fresco dining. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
