Located on a plot of 2,000 m² in the quiet residential area of Crestatx (Sa Pobla), surrounded by native vegetation and fruit trees. The well-maintained garden features a 9 × 3.5 m swimming pool in front of the terrace, with sunny and shaded areas.

The house, on a single floor, offers independent access to each room, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, mosquito nets and blinds. The kitchen, living room and dining room have abundant natural light and direct views of the pool and garden.

Completely fenced, with parking next to the house and a secure space for bicycles. 35 minutes from Palma via the Ma-13 motorway, and close to Pollença (8 km), Alcúdia (12 km) and Sa Pobla (5 minutes). Beaches, restaurants and windsurfing and kitesurfing areas just a few kilometres away.
