Villa Lluna Nova is a spacious and welcoming Mallorcan home with private pool, providing total privacy, unobstructed views, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Enjoying an ideal location in the area of Sa Pobla, just a short drive away from the white sandy beaches of Playa de Muro, Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, this villa is a oasis of peace in one of the most sought after areas of the island. Thanks to its spacious, fully air-conditioned interiors and large gardens with lawn, shrubs, trees, furnished areas, this villa is set to impress.

Inside, Villa Lluna Nova is surprisingly spacious: 8 guests will find plenty of space to sit all together, relaxing or dining, while having privacy when required. There are 4 bedrooms in total, as well as 4 bathrooms. The large lounge (ground floor) has comfortable sofas, 49” flat screen TV (with Sky Sport package), Play Station, wi-fi internet connection, dining area and big patio doors leading to the outside. The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped for the preparation of any kinds of meals. On the lower floor there is also a welcoming en-suite double bedroom. The further 3 en-suite bedrooms (respectively 2 doubles and 1 twin) are located on the upper floor, together with a useful private gym. The terrace on the upper floor provides amazing views over the surrounding countryside and the pool. For additional comfort, the whole villa is air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am).

Outside the villa enjoys one of the most peaceful and private settings of Northern Mallorca. Extensive, well kept gardens surround the property and the private pool to provide excellent seclusion. The swimming pool measures the impressive size of 7.9m x 4.5m (depth between 1m and 1.9m) and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds. Extensive furnished terraces provide plenty of choice for outdoor dining, enjoying the local breeze and the beautiful atmosphere. A brick-built barbecue a ping pong table are also provided and private parking is available on the premises.
